Clary & Jace

Jace and Clary's relationship is a complicated one. Like any relationships, there is a few bumps in the road. However in their case, these bumps are HUGE. At one point in the story, they find out from Valentine, the antagonist in the story, that they are actually brother and sister. Both are devasted because of their strong feelings for each other. They realize that what they have is wrong.  However, later they actually find out that Valentine was a liar, one thing of many that Jace hates, and that they are not related what- so- ever.
